Can I cancel my order?

We are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.

What if I enter the wrong shipping address?

When entering your shipping address, Julissa Beauty Cosmatics will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

What if my items are damaged?

Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number, please note you may need to provide multiple photos of the damaged products.
